An amazing school which has some really talented teachers. I did 200Hour Yoga Teacher Training course and I was very new to this field, had no prior experience with Yoga…but they made it really easy for us to understand and was very supportive throughout. Yoga Teacher Training In Rishikesh
I Can Say This the one the best yoga school In Rishikesh if you want to do best yoga teacher training in rishikesh this is one of the best yoga schoool in rishikesh . However, I was supported and encouraged by the whole group. I really enjoyed the philosophy lessons, the teacher was inspiring and made it easy to learn the very basics of how yoga is a way of life, to help you find your truth. Still a lot to learn, but fantastic start. Meditation was also a highlight, especially dance meditation which I can’t wait to do again, it gives you such a natural high, couldn’t sleep or eat after as it creates a lot of energy in your body. Learning the mantras was also a highlight, beautiful!! - Vinyasa & Ashtanga teachers, were very professional with a good sense of humour and non judgemental. thank you for helping me!
