An amazing school which has some really talented teachers. I did 200Hour Yoga Teacher Training course and I was very new to this field, had no prior experience with Yoga…but they made it really easy for us to understand and was very supportive throughout. After completing the course, I see a lot of changes in me, be it physical, mental or spiritual. Ram sir is the best, his classes are very knowledgeable and fun at the same time. I really enjoyed the process and going back with a lot of knowledge and change in me. Grateful to the teachers, fellow students and the management for being so supportive
