However, I was supported and encouraged by the whole group. I really enjoyed the philosophy lessons, the teacher was inspiring and made it easy to learn the very basics of how yoga is a way of life, to help you find your truth. Still a lot to learn, but fantastic start. Meditation was also a highlight, especially dance meditation which I can’t wait to do again, it gives you such a natural high, couldn’t sleep or eat after as it creates a lot of energy in your body.
