Ashtanga Yoga

In 200 Hour Intensive Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India. We teach our students basics of Ashtanga yoga and we systematically guide them through the complete Ashtanga yoga primary series sequence created by K. Pattabhi Jois in a traditional way which includes-

  • Week 1 - Introduction to Ashtanga yoga (Primary series) followed by Sun salutation A & B.
  • Week 2 - Standing sequence postures & use of yoga props.
  • Week 3 - Seated sequence postures & Finishing sequence postures.
  • Week 4 - Mysore style & Teaching practice.

500 Hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga TTC in Rishikesh

Rishikesh is a renowned yoga destination in India, and a 500-hour yoga teacher training program in Rishikesh can offer an immersive and transformative experience.   • An advance of a course fees will not be refundable, only in the case of emergency students can join us on other schedules.
  • We accept cancellation as per the student's request, but advance deposit will not be refund.
  • There is no charge of course cancellation. Student just has to inform by email.

An amazing school which has some really talented teachers. I did 200Hour Yoga Teacher Training course and I was very new to this field, had no prior experience with Yoga…but they made it really easy for us to understand and was very supportive throughout.
